I purchased this leather chair and ottoman.
When it got delivered, I looked it over and it seemed fine.
The chair is a firm chair and seems to be sturdy.
I don't mind that the chair is a firm seat, it supports your back.
It is great for reading or doing crafts.
Its not a cushy soft but I love it because it is firm.
The problem started when I finally had rec'd all my furniture that I ordered through Amazon, which by the way was a great experience and I got good deal on a oversized recliner and a couch, delivered free, and the couch was damaged and was replaced with absoulutly no problems.
When I finally sat in the chair with the ottoman I ran my hands over the arms of the chair and found a puncture and a small slit in the leather. There is no way that you could have seen this when delivered unless you ran your hands over the whole chair.
I emailed the seller and they started acting as though I was a problem because a few days had gone by before I sat in it and did'nt find it when delivered.
I paid 299.00 for the chair, great price, and 114.00 for delivery, not so great.
Well they offered me 50 dollars off, I said no. So long story, emails back and forth, Amazon personel helping me to fight with these people, they want me to ship the chair back. There was no way I was spending a total of 228.00 in total for shipping when the chair was only 299.00
So buy the chair, love it.. be really wary of thse sellers. They will not work with you. Amazon stood by me but the sellers/shippers would not. Just a note, the woman who I was emailing me back and forth needs spell check and some classes on being profesional. I loved when she said {gonna} in the emails and thats only one of the grammer errors.
I will buy furniture from Amazon again but not from these sellers

Looks just like it did online. Some assembly required. Chair is comfortable, but somewhat firmer than I expected. Good value. Is a full size chair and ottoman. Allow plenty of room for the pair.

The chair was in great condition, service was great, however the arms are not what they look like in the picture. They are puckered/tucked, not fitted.
