I bought this cart for my step-daughter a couple years ago. She has a nice-sized kitchen but virtually no counter space. This item was purchased in addition to other items to give her some storage and food prep space. The cart sits in the middle of her kitchen where it's accessible from the stove or sink.
The box weighed about 100 lbs, so to keep from breaking my back, I opened the box in the trunk and carried it into her house piece by piece.
The top section including drawers is all in one piece, all you basically have to do is put on the legs and shelves.
I'm 60 years old and it took me a couple hours to assemble it, however bear in mind I tend to go very slowly with assembly, primarily because I don't like to make mistakes and I'm definitely not a carpenter. (however I am a carpenter's daughter...haha)
The cart went together well, and there were no foibles or problems, and all the hardware was there.
The casters on the cart are a nice heavy-duty and it rolls very well.
The drawers are a nice size and hold quite a bit actually.
The shelving is very nice, pots and pans as well as other items look nice there.
The wood top is nice and has held up very well.
In fact, the whole cart still looks like new.
We bought her a couple simple wood stools to place by the cart in her kitchen, so she can use it for a quick breakfast or lunch, in addition to cooking.
As others have mentioned, measure your space, as this is a large cart and it will eat up significant space. It's a nice heavy cart too. I'd definitely buy it again if I was in need of such item.

I ordered this piece to add a little storage and counter top space to my small New York apartment kitchen. It was delivered very promptly after I placed my order.

I was able to assemble the whole thing by myself in around an hour. The instructions were easy and intuitive. The finished product looks beautiful! It is very sturdy and functional and the light wood finish looks expensive, even though the product was very reasonably priced. I use the island to prep food on, store pots and pans under, and we can even have dinner for two at the island! I would give this product a great review for both utility and aesthetics.

This cart looks nice, is very sturdy and was easy to assemble. The product description does not indicate how hefty the lower shelves are and I had some concern about how much weight they would hold. My neighbor has the same cart so I looked at hers before ordering. She has a set of cast iron pots on one of the shelves and something else that is fairly heavy on the other. The cart is really quite nice and solves a myriad of limited counter space issues. It's big so be sure to measure the space before ordering. Overall, an excellent experience.
