From the day it got here my family looked forward to the promise of Raclette. We are a Swiss household and love this grill, we can have Raclette every week! It is easy to clean and set up, ours works beautifully. If you'd like to experience a taste of Switzerland at home, this is the grill to buy. Its price is not so high as others, but it is well made.

The grill comes with all the tools you need to get started and is of reasonably good construction. The electric element is linear in its function and will melt your Raclette and grill your food well. It is also easy to clean. I have also used the grill part to make French Toast several times as the heating is more uniform than on my expensive magnetic induction cooktop. Anyone new to Raclette will not be disappointed and should get much use out of this. However, for those who like to see the cheese heat up quickly to a crackling bubble before scraping, this set will fall a little short.

We're enjoying our new raclette so much, I bought one for each of our daughters too. It's perfect for omlettes, crepes, and quesadillas....as well as traditional raclette. Incredibly easy to clean. Perfect for four people... I'd get a second one for more people than that.
You're going to need an extension cord, unless your table is up against a wall with an outlet. The price really varied for all three, and yet they're all exactly the same. Anywhere from $126 to $98 dollars. I see it's priced around $99 today.. weird.
