Drill your holes for your screws before screwing in the screws. The wood cracked because I didn't. It is a great book display apparatus eventhough the company sent it with the logo placed upside down. Maybe it is so you can read it while looking down at it from above?

I brought this product for my son's 2nd birthday and it was worth the money. He enjoys selecting his choice of books to read because of the visual display of the front cover of the books. The front display shelf is a wonderful way to have your child interested in books. I have the standard book shelf with just the binds of the books being displayed and he just passes right by it. Wonderful product and I would definitely recommend for parents with young children!

i purchased this book display after using them in various classrooms in my area. they are ideal for preschool age through about third garde. it displays books in an appealing way, so that children can recognize the various titles of their favorite books. the books are at a height level perfect for this age group.
