The chair was in great condition, service was great, however the arms are not what they look like in the picture. They are puckered/tucked, not fitted.

I was very nervous about ordering furniture sight unseen but overall I am very happy with my purchase. The "feet" on both the chair and the ottoman don't fit perfectly but overall the chair is sturdy, comfortable and very attractive. I ordered the expresso and it is a deeper, richer brown than appears in the picture. overall a very good value for the price.

The chair is beautiful and I am pleased with this purchase. However, CEVALogistics, the delivery company, gave me a window for delivery of from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. They made me wait six hours for delivery. I would not have waited past four hours, except that the delivery company's answering service told me it is on the truck and out for delivery. Why establish a window of four hours when you can't be there within that time frame? I was not happy with the six-hour wait. But then a gentleman finally delivered the chair/ottoman and I felt bad for him having to work alone and without an assistant. He was frazzled from having to deliver everything on his truck and was clearly worn out when he delivered my item. Do not establish a delivery "window" if you cannot honor it, or at least call to say you are running late!
